What types of corporate events can your venue accommodate?

We host everything from meetings and seminars to retreats, luncheons, team-building events, and holiday parties. Whether you’re planning for 10 guests or 350, our spaces can be customized to fit your event’s goals and tone.

Where is the venue located, and is parking available?

We’re located at 7082 LA-25, Covington - just 3 miles north of Southern Hotel. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests (90-110 spots).

What’s included with the venue rental?

Each event rental includes tables, chairs, standard linens, as well as catering serviceware. Basic AV equipment (projector/screen or flat-screen display) is available at additional cost.

Can we schedule a site visit before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage you to tour the venue and discuss layout options. Site visits can be scheduled by appointment with the Sales Department.

What AV and tech support is available?

Our venue includes Wi-Fi and a drop down projector screen. Projectors, TVs, microphones, podiums, etc are available for rent. Dedicated AV technicians are available, if needed, at additional cost.

Can we bring our own décor or branding elements?

Yes — signage, branded materials, and custom décor are welcome. We just ask that all installations are approved by our events team in advance to protect the space.

Do you offer catering?

Yes — we offer full-service in-house catering with customizable menus for breakfast, lunch, receptions, and dinners. Outside catering is not permitted.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Of course. We’re happy to provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-friendly options with advance notice. The only dietary restriction we cannot accommodate is kosher.

Can we host a cocktail hour or bar service?

Definitely. We offer hosted or cash bar options featuring beer, wine, and crafted cocktails. All alcohol service must be provided by our licensed staff.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for best availability, though we do our best to accommodate shorter notice events when possible.

Is a retainer required to reserve the date?

Yes - a signed contract and retainer are required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Retainer payments are non-refundable. Please refer to your contract for details.
